Who we are
PERFOVA (“we”, “us”, “our”) sources authentic, prior‑season/outlet stock perfumes from authorized sellers and offers them at competitive retail prices across the GCC.
Where we ship
We currently ship only within the GCC: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Carrier & delivery time
- Carrier: SMSA Express (smsaexpress.com).
- Dispatch cut‑off: Orders paid and confirmed before 6:00 PM Dubai time (Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4) ship the same day. Orders after that ship the next business day.
- Transit time: ~3–9 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and local courier operations.
- You will receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order ships.
Note: Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, and remote‑area service times.
Shipping fees
- Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and service level.
- For Online Payment orders, the total shown at checkout includes product price plus shipping fees.
Customs, duties & taxes
- Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if any) are paid by the customer at destination. These charges vary by country and order content and are outside PERFOVA’s control.
- Refusal or failure to pay customs may delay or prevent delivery. Any customs decisions or fees are determined solely by the destination country’s authorities.
Address accuracy & delivery attempts
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. The courier may contact you to schedule delivery. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll assist you with re‑shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Undeliverable or lost packages
If a package is marked delivered by the courier but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can open a trace with the carrier. Claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome.
