We aim to resolve issues amicably and keep you as a long‑term customer. Please read the conditions below.

When you can return or get a refund

You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:

  1. The item arrived damaged; or
  2. The item is not what you ordered (wrong item/model/size).

Because fragrances are sealed cosmetic products, change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted once packaging is opened.

What to do if there’s a problem

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at supprt@perfova.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item(s).
  • Keep all original packaging, inserts, and unused items until your case is resolved.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
  • We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Who pays return shipping?

  • If the issue is our error (damaged on arrival or wrong item), we cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label (where available).
  • Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

Refund method & timing

  • After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we process the refund for your bank or card issuer to post the funds. Processing times vary by institution.

Exchanges

If the requested replacement is in stock, we can ship an exchange after inspection/approval. If not, we will process a refund.

Partial‑payment (deposit) orders

If you paid a deposit (see Payment Policy) and a return is approved for damaged/incorrect items, we will refund the amounts you paid to date. If the issue is not approved under this policy, the order is not eligible for return.

Non‑returnable items

  • Opened, used, or tampered fragrance products (unless they arrived damaged or incorrect).
  • Items returned without all original components/packaging.
