2. About PERFOVA

PERFOVA specializes in sourcing authentic, prior‑season/outlet stock perfumes from authorized vendors and selling them at competitive prices within the GCC.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to purchase in your jurisdiction and provide accurate, complete information.

4. Products & authenticity

All products we sell are authentic. Because some items are prior‑season/outlet stock, packaging or batch codes may vary while remaining genuine.

5. Pricing & availability

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues). If we cancel after you have been charged, you will receive a full refund.

6. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we ship your item(s). We may require identity or payment verification to prevent fraud.

7. Payments

8. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

See our Shipping Policy for details on dispatch cut‑offs, carriers, delivery times, and customs. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your address.

9. Customs & import

You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges in the destination country. We cannot influence customs decisions or timelines.
